Betsy and her staff were awesome! They did the flowers for my September wedding and I couldn't ask for anything more beautiful! She took my vision and pictures to a whole new level. Everything was fresh and the flowers lasted long after the wedding was over.

I absolutely love using this flower store. The arrangements are gorgeous, reasonably priced, and they have a wide variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For the last two years I have used them to order my grandma flowers for her birthday, and they delivery on the day requested (even if it is same day) and my grandma has loved each arrangement. I highly recommend this place and plan on using them in the future.
I have been getting flowers here for over a year now. At the start, the flowers were healthy, beautiful and just what I asked for. Over the past 6 months they have be getting increasingly worse. I purchased flowers for this past Valentine's Day and they were already wilting, not what I asked for and had to be discarded within a few days, which is really disappointing at nearly $100. I could attribute it to the Valentine's Day rush but the last set I purchased were of the same quality and quickly had to be discarded. I hope whatever changed will be reversed as they had wonderful flowers when I started buying over a year ago.
My daughter recieved flowers delivered to our door from Silver Lake Florist, we live in Stow, the sender lives in Parma. They are absolutely beautiful, a gorgeous variety of flowers in a lovely bright yellow basket with a gift card. The delivery lady was the best, I don't always answer my door if I don't know who is there. She rang the bell, then knocked in case the bell didn't work, then sent me a text message letting me know who was at my door! Getting her text I ran to the door to get the flowers and THANK HER over and over again for being so persistent!! Be cause of her great work we got our flowers in great shape snd in a timely manner!
